George Mills ( Photo taken at Mendelssohn Studios, Swanston St, Melbourne) - I think he may be Sgt George Mills, 38th Battalion AIF, who was born in Murchison, who suffered a gun shot wound to the left leg.

W. Baker - I think this may be Lance Corporal William BAKER of the 9th Light Horse Regiment.  Born in Colbinabbin, the son of George BAKER.  William was killed in action at Es-Salt on 03 May 1918

There's a possibility that this is not Bert Radley but his cousin Bert Kidd (Pte 3389 7th Battn 1st AIF), but it's definitely one of them: another copy has "Auntie Louie with love from Bert" on the back. They were both Dave Baker's cousins.
